Hola,

We are planning a new project with isolated TTL and isolated RS232.

Does anyone have any suggested solution？

Rising / falling time for TTL should be less than 25ns. TKS ～

Hi Brs ,

Is there any spec considerations you have on these device other than Tr and Tf ? What do you mean by isolated TTL / 232 ?
We have logic buffers /drivers which are TTL compatible and RS232s .
