Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We are survey 3.3v, 8/32 bit, 150 Mhz signal buffer.

We have found SN74LVC244A and SN74LVC32244  but i'm not sure they could support 150Mhz?

Could you help confirm it?

    Hi Shu-Cheng Lin ,

    I have filtered few choices for you . The LVC244A/LVC32244 will be pushing the limits for 150Mhz support . It is rated at typical 100Mhz at nominal conditions but can go higher . Lower load cap is recommended to have maximum data rate support.
