Is SN74LV21A CMOS logic?
I think that SN74LV series is CMOS, but TI web spec written in TTL on Input type and output type.
※I want to check that Output pullup is necessary or not.

The LV-A family indeed is CMOS. "TTL" would just mean that the signal levels would be compatible with TTL devices.
However, according to the datasheet, the signal levels are not TTL compatible. Apparently, lots of LV-A devices are marked wrong in TI's database.
