It is proprietary information and I cannot get access to the design files. can I know why do you need the information for ?

We need the device sizes to verify some simulation we are doing. In order to calculate device currents and voltages we need to know the actual size.

I do not have other information on the transistor parameters but is the simulation currents /voltages outside of the datasheet mentioned specs ?
