Yes I can email you a drawing to see how it is being used in the circuit.

The IC is being used as a counter, but is cannot figure it out using the spec sheet.

Hi Jean ,

Based on the truth table , there are connections as per the footnote by which the counter counts in either Binary or Bi-Quinary .
