Hi all,

Please let us know about thermal characteristic of SN74LVC1G17DRLR.
We can't find out found Pd(max) and Tj(max) on the datasheet.
If you know them,  could you inform to us about their?

    Hi Nagai ,

    The thermal information is given in the datasheet under thermal information table. The Tj (max) is 150C for the device . The Pd(max) depends on the static and transient power dissipation . The static power is Vcc * Icc . The transient is dependent on number of bits , frequency of switching , power dissipation capacitance Cpd .
