I am curious what is the maximum extension from pin edge to pin edge of the SN (soic-20) package on the SN74LV541A?  Datasheet says it is ~7.8mm but this is very odd, as I have only seen soic packages that either 6 or 12 mm if they are thin or wide body. Can anyone confirm the values from the datasheet?
