CD4047B MINIMUM PULSE WIDTH

I plan to use the CD4047BM96 in a monostable configuration producing a 300ns pulse width with a VCC of 15V.  I have several questions that I can not find in the datasheet:

1. Is there a minimum resistor and capacitor (R & C) value for this device to set the pulse width?

2. Is there a minimum pulse width for this device?

3. What is the typical rise and fall times of the output pulse width with a Vcc = 15V?

4.  Are there any other multivibrators that can produce a 300ns pulse width with a Vcc of 15V?

Any help is appreciated.

  • Hi Frank ,

The CD4K from TI is the only logic device family which are built for >7V . All others i know from are <7V logic . The rise time and fall times are dependent on the output load cap / Res. These devices are relatively older acquired from Harris and hence the datasheet and graphs are blurry .
We are in the process of updating them to newer roadmap for TI .
