1V to 500V 100uA Boost Power Supply with TTL 32-bit Pulse Counter required for GM Counter. This being a standard application, it must be possible to manufacture a standard LOGIC level circuit with integrated analog part for voltage booster operating with 1V to1.5V battery or perhaps 3V battery.
