Below is function table of SN74LVC74AP. Does CLK looks rising trigger to enable latch function. Does it mean rising trigger of CLK then keep always high that can implement D->Q (H->H, L->L ) function? Or we still put clock high to low to high to trigger the state always. Thank you.
