Hello ,

Unfortunately , there is no Q1 version of the CD5404B part but there is -MIL version which is extended temp range from -55 to 125C .

There are other voltage translation families available which are -Q1 qualified , you can find it here below :

You can also consider CD40109B-Q1 which is in the same CD4K family .
