We do not guarantee a Maximum Junction Temperature (the hottest temperature of the silicon chip inside the package) within the datasheet because it will change based on many factors such as:
1. PCB design
2. Altitude
3. External ambient temperature
4. Power dissipation
What we can provide is the Absolute Maximum Junction Temperature (the temperature beyond which damage occurs to the device). For the TXB0108, this is 150C.
This app note provides the details.
Since the TXB0108 power dissipation is in the uW range, the maximum junction temperature for these devices will be well below the Absolute Maximum Junction Temperature.
