SN74AUC1G08, What is the max available frequency ?

I get the max frequency is 250MHz for SN74AUC1G08 from the parameter page.

 When I use a signal of 100MHz for A and B, I found that the Y output of the device is correct.

 When I use a signal of 200MHz for A and B, I found that the Y output of the device is nothing.

Why?

    Hello,

    You said that at 100MHz the device is working but it does not look like you are getting an output. On your scope shot is that A and B or A and Y?
    Are you switching both A and B as the same time or keeping one constant?

    Also what is your VCC? Are you hitting the Vih Threshold for the device?

    The device is working at 100MHz, but not at 200MHz.

    The A and B are all 200MHz signal just as the second scope shot, and the A and B are the same phase and same frequency.

    So, the Y should be one 200MHz signal just like as A or B.

    But in fact, I can't get the Y signal on the scope.

    VCC = 2.5V.

    Can you send a shot of it working at 100MHz?


    Also can you send a picture of your schematic?

    The part is able to function in the scenario you describe
