customer report that there is "one" pulse missing in SN74LVC1G17 output. Any idea about this issue in SN74LVC1G17?
According to the datasheet, for VCC = 3 V, the positive-going input threshold voltage could be as high as 1.92 V.
The name "TXD" indicates that the input is not a slow-moving analog signal. So you should be able to replace the device with a level translator without Schmit trigger, i.e., the SN74LV1T34, which has a guaranteed threshold of at most 1.37 V.
