We do not have the data to build models for the CD4XXX devices. The HC devices are about 30 yrs old so I suspect that we dont have this data either but I will check.

Here is the reply from the modeling team.

"you are correct, for the CD4XXX parts, they are a Harris transfer device that we don't have any simulation models for, and for the SN74HC* parts, they are built in HCMOS, which we don't have TISPICE process models for."
