If the SN74LVC16T245 is using two different voltages (i.e., A = 3.3V and B = 5V), are there any sequencing requirements?

Can 3.3 come up before 5, and vice versa?

Steve,

I assume you are asking about supply sequencing to prevent device damage. You can supply either rail in either sequence without device damage.
