Power up sequence for SN74LVC2T45?

Hi All,

I am using  SN74LVC2T45 and SN74LVC1T45 for 1.8V to 5V voltage translation. As per my design 5V (VCCB) power rail is powered ON before 1.8V (VCCA). As per the datasheet of SN74LVC2T45, it is recommended that VCCA should be powered before VCCB. But as per the datasheet of 1-bit buffer for same family SN74LVC1T45, no power up sequence is recommended. I think both the translators should behave in same way.

What adverse affects this (powering VCCB before VCCA ) may have? And also should I take care of this power up sequence for SN74LVC1T45 also?
