Hi

what is the oscillator stability for the CD4060 or the 74HC4060 over the temp range of -29C to +65C?

We are using a 73.2K resistor and a 1000 pF NP0 capacitor in  a mission critical timing application. The R2 resistor is 330K

    The oscillator stability depends on the RC passives. I only see the 25C data frequency stability data on the datasheet. Since this is such an old part which was acquired from Harris semiconductor , I will have to dig the char data which might not be available in the first place !
