What is the Single OR gate or single Configurable logic gate smallest package available? Is TI planning on a chip scale package?

Hi Mark,

DPW is the smallest logic package , SN74LVC1G32 is single OR gate available in DPW package .

Thanks and agree. Looking for something even smaller, shorter, maybe in a bumped CSP because it must go inside a module. Does TI sell die only?

The DPW package is the smallest in the industry currently for 5 pin logic devices .The wafer chip scale parts are (1.38*0.88mm) >20% bigger than DPW currently. You can consider the YZP which is the BGA .
