For CD9041 Absolute Maximum Ratings, DC input voltage is -0.5V MIN. Is it an error here? the input voltage should be VEE, meaning -5V MIN, just like shown in Figure 5 in datasheet.

The DC Input Voltage ratings are determined by the Electrostatic Discharge Protection Diodes in the device. Attached I have a functional Block Diagram of the device and notice that any ESD Diodes would be connected to Vdd and Vss which should be your positive power rail and ground respectively. This would mean that the Maximum DC Input Voltage would be determined to Vdd +.5V and 0V - .5V
