Please share the input current for the 74lvc1g14 and 74lvc1g34 IC's, I have not found in datasheet.

I am looking for IIH and IIL data for these IC's.

Hey Madhusudana,

The data sheet lists IIH and IIL as one data point called II and it lists a positive and negative maximum. It can be found in table 6.4 of lvc1g14 and table 7.5 of lvc1g34

thanks for your reply,

But i was confused whether its is input current or leakage current, becuase some of the datasheet Il is mentioned as input leakage current.

we have checked the same datasheet part number for NXP(74LVC1G34) they have mentioned Il is leakge current.

could you please confirm.

These are CMOS devices. The inputs of CMOS devices are MOSFET gates, so in theory, current flows only during switching, to charge the gate. The input impedance is nearly infinite, and in the stable state, the only input current is the leakage current.

We are using TLV3502 opamp also in our circuit . For this shall we consider input max current to this opamp as input bias current provided in the datasheet ? Please confirm.
