There are 3 questions about our sn74avc16t245 below, please help to give your comments, thanks
1. The table show the max delay, what condition make our part has max delay?
2. In our datasheet, we can't find what's the data rate our part support? can you provide the min and max data rate our part can support?
3. Can you recommend an unidirectional level shift part which has smaller propagation delay, such as 1.5ns(max)?

I do not have this information readily available. I will have to look at the characterization data to determine this. This will take a few weeks. If I had to guess, I would assume max temperature (85C).

Minimum would be DC. Max data rate is given on the first page.

Unfortunately, we don't have such a part that can meet the 1.5 ns worst case requirement.
