Hello

My customer uses our LSF0108 IBIS model to do simulation, they use our part to 3.3V level transfer to 1.8V level. Which IBIS model they should use? it is LSF0101_IO_33_S or LSF0101_IO_18_S? can you help to suggest what's the value of Rpu1 and Rpu2? what's the min Vol of our part? thanks

Hi Nanfang ,

I have asked this query to the simulation team supporting this model. I would think you can use any valid model since depending on the input and output resistors and the Vref set , the translation is achieved . The calculation of the pullup is given in the datasheet and the min Vol is dependent on the Iol sink capability of the driver .
