Regarding Level Translator SN74AVC4T245RSVR

Hi

We are using SN74AVC4T245RSVR in our design.

We are converting the signal level from 3.3 to 2.5 volts.The OE is being controlled by 2.5V level.

I am having few queries:

  1. The input circuitry on both A and B ports is always active and must have a logic HIGH or LOW level applied to prevent excess ICC and ICCZ. So do we need some external circuit to avoid the above cause if the transmission is not taking place.
  2. If i have powered the  SN74AVC4T245RSVR and OE is also low and the transmission is not happening is it going to effect any parameters or connected IC to the level translator.
