SN74LVC1G32 VOH/VOL at 3.3V supply

Hi Team,

Would you let me know SN74LVC1G32 VOH/VOL at 3.3V Vcc condition?
Vcc 3V VOH/VOL spec existing in datasheet and I think 3.3V spec is same or almost similar, however customer requested exact spec at 3.3V supply condition.
Would you provide the spec to customer?
Thank you.

Best Regards,
Jade

  • Hi Jade!

The output voltage depends on the current the device has to sink or source. Look at this table:

If you do not sink or source currents higher than 100µA, the output voltage is about 100mV away from the supply rails - and this is the case for a supply voltage from 1.65 to 5.5V (full recommended range), so your 3.3V is covered as well. If you have higher currents, the voltage drop (high-level) or raise (low-level) will increase.

  • Thanks for the reply Dennis, you are right.

    Hi Jade ,

If its not specified on the datasheet we cannot guarantee a spec to the customer. As you mentioned , the 3V specs would closely represent the performance of 3.3V .
The LVC characterization info can also give a good insight into the operation of 3.3V condition.
