About Ron of SN74LVC2G66-Q1

Hi team,

 I have a question about SN74LVC2G66-Q1 Ron.
 If I use it at Vcc=3.3V and Is=sevral hundred uA～3mA,
 will I be able to calculate the pass voltage by using the value of max 20Ω
 which is described on the datasheet page4?
