The accuracy would depend on the RC values . If the datasheet doesn't give the values , it can not be guaranteed per se.

Please refer to page 4 of the CD4060B datasheet about the variation of frequency unit to unit and variation of the frequency on the same unit within the voltage range.
I do not have char data for variation of freq on the same unit across a length of time.
