SN74LVC244ARGYR Reliability Data

Alexander Klauss

I'm looking for a reliability report for SN74LVC244ARGYR or equivalent. The report needs to have test data for HTOL, HAST, and Temp Cycle (or equivalent tests) preferably within the last 24 months.

Alexander,

Most of the reliability data is located in the "quality and packaging" tab in the product folder.

The High Rel forum is for devices supported by the HighRel team, including space, EP, and high temp products.

Since this is a commercial device, I am moving your post to the logic forum for any follow up.

Appreciate your response.

However my customer is looking for specific test data that includes HTOL, HAST, and Temp Cycle.

It does not need to be SN74LVC244ARGYR specifically, but any test data that TI would declare to be similar.

Yes, we (Raytheon Missile Systems) and my end customer, Missile Defense Agency (MDA) have NDA's.
