    1) The absolute maximum junction temperature for the 74AVCH1T45DCKTG4 is 150°C. For the other specifications on this part please refer below.

    2) For the SN74LVCH16T245-EP part the responsibility belongs to the High Reliability forum. Please post your question regarding this part in this forum :

    The max junction temp will be usually mentioned in the abs max ratings table to be 150C for most of the logic devices.
