Survey SDIO Buffer / Switch (3.3V to 3.3V)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0108

Dear sir,

My customer survey SDIO Buffer / Switch (3.3V to 3.3V, Clock 50M)application IPCam, now.

Use TXB0108 implement occur unknow device of SoC, increase driving ability by pull high 3.3V and resistor 4.7k, but issue still have.

Currently use on-semi device NLSX5014*2 can solve this issue, why?

  • Hello Kuo,

I am not sure I understand your question. If you have an external pull-up using a 4.7k resistor this may be the cause of your issue. If an external pull-up is required it is recommended to have a resistor greater than 50k so as to not adversely impact Voh or Vol levels.
  • Hello Kuo,
A schematics, waveforms, and a detailed description of the "issue" will really help us try and understand the problem and how to fix it. Please see if we can get more detailed information from the customer about the problem.
    Sincerely,
    -Francis Houde
