SN74AHC123A Tw minimum value

Hi support team

My customer  is considering to use SN74AHC123A  for one_shot pulse generator.

I was received an inquiry about tw minimum value from them.

Could you provide the data of minimum value of tw under these conditions as below?

(Condition No.1)

TA = -40℃ to 85℃

Vcc = 3.3V±0.3V

CL = 50pF

CEXT = 28pF

REXT = 2kohm

(Condition No.2)

TA = 25℃

Vcc = 3.3V±0.3V

CL = 50pF

CEXT = 28pF

REXT = 2kohm

    Higa ,

    unfortunately , we don't have the min listed on the datasheet or the char data hence I cannot guarantee the min .
    I would expect the min to be close to 50-70ns.

    would you consider using sn74LVC1G123 which has the min and max listed for the condition ?
