SN74LVC2T45 with OE pin

I need to make System 1 (3.3V) talking to System 2 (5V) - communication speed is 1MHz.

The SN74LVC2T45 looks like fitting the bill but it doesn't have the OE pin to place all outputs in High-Impedance (3-state mode).

Can you recommend a device fitting the bill according to my requirements?

Please note that I wouldn't need a bidirectional translator - a fixed level voltage will be assigned to the pin DIR to make 3.3->5V and 5V->3.3V. Two different devices will be used.

    The TXB0102 and TXS0102 both have OE pins to place the device in high impedance and will operate at1MHz. We do not have any 2 bit unidirectional translators that have an OE pin. The sn74lv4t125 is a unidirectional device with OE pins but it is 4-bits and requires an OE for each bit.
