Hello,

probably my mystake, but I can't find the value of output current for each bidirectional port, where is on datasheet?

Hello Francesco,

AC current drive will be about 15mA during high to low or low to high transitions. DC current will be dependent on the voltage supply and the internal series resistor.

Thanks for quick answer.

I use TXB0108 to translate signal from 1.5V to 5V. I think that there are any problem with switching signals (jtag for example),

but I have some very slow (or static) GPIO to translate from 1.5V to 5V: I'd like to use some of these ports to drive a LED or better to drive a GATE of NMOS that turns on LED.

So, can I use TXB0108 for slow gpio?

Hello,

The TXB is not recommended for driving LEDs because of the low drive strength. I think you would be better off looking into an LVCxT45 or LVCxT245 if you need higher drive strength at a that voltage.

Ok, but I don't drive a LED, I drive a NMOS GATE.
So please can you give me the output current for static (slow) signal. I have VCCA=1.5V and VCCB=5V, input signal is VCCA side?

Driving an NMOS gate with a DC signal should not be a problem.
