SN74LV125A - capacitance for Enable pin

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask SN74LV125A?
Our customer would like to add capacitance(0.1uF) to Enable pin to prevent noise.
It is possible, right?

You can connect the OE pins directly to ground, without a resistor or capacitor.

If you do use a capacitor, you are likely to exceed the Input transition rise/fall rate (∆t/∆v, section 7.3 of the datasheet).

Unless the Input transition rise/fall rate doesn't exceed, is it possible to capacitance for OE pin?
However, should we avoid adding capacitance?

Why the capacitor? Where would the noise come from, if not from a resistor? And a resistor is not necessary.
