Regarding to the SN74HCT08, I have a question.

I understand that it is not available the output tolerant by specification in data sheet.

( Output voltage:0-Vcc)

So, about the parasitic diode on output, I understand as following.

My understanding is correct?

 

I ask about it just in case.
