1.8V to 5V Translation and FET Gate Driver Solution

I need a simple solution for the following issue.

1) Need to translate from 1.8V to 5V

2) Be able to drive FET gate

I would prefer a one chip solution if possible.

Hello Roger,

The LVCxT45 translators offer our highest drive capability and are compatible with those voltages. At 5V output, it can provide up to 32mA of drive current. They are available in 1, 2, 8, and 16 bit configurations, i.e. LVC1T45 for a 1 bit translator.
