Hi Dawson ,

TI gives abs max junction temp more than which can damage the device .

•SN74AHCT14MPWREP - Tjmax 150C
•SN74AHCT08MPWREP - Tjmax 150C

The SN65LVDS33PW is a high speed interface device which you can contact the appropriate forum since I am unable to speak for their device. Please let me know if you do not get responses .

Hi Dawson ,

I am unable to speak for their datasheets or devices they own , however , I am referring to the abs max table of the datasheet and referring to the storage temperature to be 150C.Most likely , the abs max junction temperature is going to be 150C as well.
