SN74LV8154PW Icc typical current parameter

I need SN74LV8154PW the typical Icc (supply current Vi=Vcc or GND, Io=0) at 3.3V. In the data sheet there is only the maximum current (20uA at 5.5V). This parameter is very critical for my application.

There is no guarantee that the typcial value determined by TI in their lab is the same value that you see with the devices you actually get, and when used in your specific product and environment.

If it is really important, you have to measure it yourself anyway.

Hi efi ,

By typical I mean tested at 25C room temp and this will not be guaranteed across all the devices shipped out but I see the char data which has Icc mean of ~0.4uA at 5.5Vcc . This would be slightly lesser for 3.3V operation.
