For DW package , the RthetaJC is not applicable.

Please refer the app note "CMOS power consumption and Cpd calculation" for more on power dissipation calculation . www.ti.com/.../scaa035b.pdf

Hello Sheyas,

Actually we need RthetaJC for thermal analysis, So what parameter i should consider in case of RthetaJC.

Prasanna ,

The datasheet specifies the thermal data for all the packages.
RthetaJC(top) is 55.3 C/W and RthetaJC(bot) is N/A since this doesnt have thermal pad.
