Here am using sn74lvc1g74(dcu package) D- flip flop to convert 20Hz signal to 10Hz. ic connected like this, first pin is CLK input, D and Q(bar) is short, PRE(bar) and CLR(bar) activating high through controller when 20hz input is giving rest of the time keeping low.but am not getting exact 10hz pulse. the 10hz pulse is misbehaving.please guide me to get exact 10hz pulse at Q pin.
