Let me confirm about below.
When user use following condition, is there any power up/down requirement ?
* DIR = H (fixed) (connected to Vcca)
* OEn = L (fixed) (connected to GND)
(These means signal directon is A ->B.)
I believe both vcca will ramp up at first and vccb will ramp up at first are allowed. But if my understanding is not correct, please correct me.
