Thanks for reply.
The customer and I have already found the thermal resistance of DB, DBQ, DGV, PW and RHL package.
He want to know that of DW package.

He is using SN74LVC8T245DWR now.
And he is going to change from it to SN74LVC8T245PWR.
He would like to compare the thermal resistance between SN74LVC8T245DWR and SN74LVC8T245PWR.
