hi,

I am using SN74AVC4T774 part as  level translator from 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V to 3.3V  voltage level.I want to know what will be bandwidth of this translator?

Is it suitable for high frequency signal around 100Mhz or 200Mhz?What will be its drive strength ?

    Hello Ashutosh,

    At 3.3V the maximum data rate will be 380Mbps, which is approximately 190MHz. You can approximate the maximum frequency by dividing the corresponding data rate by 2.

    At 3.3V output the maximum drive strength is 12mA. To find the drive strength you can use the Iol and Ioh specs from the datasheet.
