TXS0108E

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0108E

Dear Team,

Could you help to answer below questions?

1. TXS0108E internal PU/PD , does it work follow Input status to decide PU or PD on Output side ?

2. If Input signal is floating , what status will be on Output signal ?

3.When OE pin is disable, the A、B channel should be High-Z state ; If we pull high on Output side, is there any leakage current will effect Input signal ?

Thank you

  • There are no internal pull-down resistors. The internal pull-up resistors are weak or strong (or disabled) depending on the output state (see section 8.3.5 of the datasheet).

When OE is low, all A/B pins are floating. When OE is high, there are pull-up resistors, so no pin can float.

When OE is low, all pass-gate transistors are off, so the A/B connection has very high impedance.
