Hello,
are there any numbers for typical toggle rate of modern logic devices, let's say for example a SN74LVC1G125? With toggle rate I mean: Ideal logic square wave in with varible frequency. Watch Output low and high level and increase frequncy until until nor more valid low and/or high output levels are reached.
E.g. the TLV3051 comparator specifies a toggle rate of 80 MHz.
