Looking for SSTL-15 Level Translators

I'm looking for an LVTTL to SSTL-15 Translator.  It will be running at 32MHz but possibly up to 200 MHz.  Voltages available are +5V, +3.3V and 1.5V.  Looking for a single and a quad.

Also looking for a 2.5V to 3.3V LVTTL Translator... single and dual or quad.

    Hello Rick,

    For interfacing between 3.3V LVTTL and 1.5V SSTL, the best option we have is the AVC family of translators. However, at 1.5V these translators will not support 200MHz. With a 3.3V output, the maximum frequency is going to be 160MHz for the 1 or 2 bit configurations. For the larger packages (4 bits or greater), the maximum frequency is going to be 100MHz for 1.5V to 3.3V. Single bit option would be the SN74AVC1T45, and for 4-bits the SN74AVC4T245.

    For 2.5V to 3.3V LVTTL I would again recommend the AVC family. SN74AVC1T45, SN74AVC2T245, and SN74AVC4T245 for 1, 2, and 4 bits respectively.
