    To find TJMax, you can use the following calculations:

    TJMax = TA + ( R θJA × PD )

    where: TA = ambient temperature for the package ( °C )

    R θJA = junction to ambient thermal resistance ( °C / W ) (see datasheet for the value for your package)

    PD = power dissipation in package (W)

    For estimating the power dissipation, please refer to the following document "CMOS Power Consumption and Cpd Calculation":
