TXB0104: Dose TXB0104 have internal pull up/down?

Part Number: TXB0104

Dear Technical Support Team,

 

I have a question about TXB0104.

Dose TXB0104 have internal pull up/down?

How is the resister value of them if it has them?

Is it just 4kΩ serial resister?

 

VOLA and VOLB is under 0.4V on datasheet, but TXB0104 shows that VOLA and VOLB are around 0.6V on our board.

 

So I am investigating it.

    The TXB devices do not have pull-up/-down resistors. (The one-shot circuit is enabled only when it detects a signal edge.)
    The serial resistor is the equivalent of a bus-hold circuit.

    The VOL values depends on the load of your circuit, which you have not shown.
