Hi Team,
my customer used the TXB0104 to convert the SPI 3.3V signals to 5V signal, when no connect to 5V meter device, the TXB0104 output amplitude for clock signal is 0V~5V, however, when they connect the meter device, the output amplitude for clock signal reduced to around 2.5V ~ 5V. Attached are the schematic and the output waveform. Please advise what would be the problem root cuase and how to solve this problem. Thanks.
