    Hello Kojima-san,

    Thank you for pointing out this error in our datasheet.

    The error is on the first page of the datasheet - this device is available only in TI's DCK package, which is an SC70 type package.  I will submit this error to be fixed immediately, however it will take some time for the public version of the document to update.

    The best place to verify this is by checking the full orderable part number in the 'Package Option Addendum' -- page 14 of this datasheet, which lists the orderable part number as: SN74LVC1G14QDCKRQ1

    SN74LVC1G14Q is the part number, indicating function (LVC family logic, single gate, Schmitt-Trigger inverter) and the Q indicates an automotive revision.

    DCK is the package, 2.1 x 2.0 mm, 0.65mm pitch, 5 pins, detailed mechanical diagram on page 18 of the datasheet

    R indicates that this part number comes on a reel

    Q1 indicates Q100 qualification
